Another Boracay in the making , Bantayan Island off the northern coast of Cebu also has white sand beaches and the same party island flair - albeit on a decidedly smaller and quieter scale . Budyong Beach and Sugar Beach cater mostly to backpackers. Theres also a half-dozen other to choose from.
